Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Vienna, upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff who was extremely friendly, the atmosphere was so special that it really felt like home to me. We enjoyed staying at your lovely hotel filled with sparkling chandeliers and old world charm. Our stay was definitely enhanced by dining at your restaurant where we were well taken care of by Tamara Hoffman. Tamara is definitely a credit to your establishment. She has a very professional, warm demeanor and made us feel very comfortable. Instead of dining out, we chose to eat in your restaurant and always asked for Tamara. When we come back to Vienna, we will be staying at your hotel and dining at your restaurant. We will be looking forward once again to the excellent service and attention we received from Tamara. The hotel guest relations officer Linda is a great asset to you. She is a gracious and helpful lady.

The air conditioning was unable to cope with the nights and the units outside were noisy.

Upgraded room (suite)was just splendid, very professional, helpful and friendly service from all staff, especially "Hussein" on reception and the Barman from Turkey (did not get his name).This hotel is well located to all the major attractions in the city centre of Vienna, only approx 15 mins walking from most. Spanish riding School a must see. Will definately be back to this hotel next year.

The drinks, either alcoholic or non alcoholic were much too expensive, which was very noticeable by the emptiness in the Atrium bar most evenings. sorry but I have to say this as if drinks were a little cheaper guests would not go elsewhere.
